Maris Optics is committed to delivering high-quality sports sunglasses. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

What is Covered:

Frame and Lens Defects: If your Maris Optics sunglasses experience manufacturing defects, such as frame breakage or lens delamination, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What is NOT Covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage from everyday use, such as scratches on lenses or general wear over time.
• Accidental Damage: Damage due to accidents, including but not limited to dropping, crushing, sitting on, or chewing by pets, is not covered.
• Improper Use: Misuse, abuse, or negligence, like using the sunglasses for activities they are not designed for, will void the warranty.
• Alterations: Any modification to the original product, including unauthorized lens replacements or frame alterations, will void the warranty.
• Loss or Theft: Maris Optics does not cover lost or stolen products.

Warranty Activation:

Warranty claims must be initiated by emailing support@marisoptics.com, where you will need to provide:

• Proof of Purchase
• Order Number
• Clear photos demonstrating the defect
  

Claim Process:

Upon receipt of your claim, Maris Optics will evaluate the defect. If approved, we will replace the product. Replacement or repair may take up to 6 weeks due to processing and shipping times. If your model has been discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent current model.

Note: This warranty only applies to products purchased from Maris Optics or an authorized dealer. Items bought from unauthorized sellers or secondary markets are not covered.

Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product back to Maris Optics. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you if the claim is valid.

Limitations of Liability:

Maris Optics' liability for any breach of warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
