Our Story
Maris Optics was built by Peter Maris — a 9-year professional baseball player who signed as an undrafted free agent and earned every season on pure fight. After nearly a decade in pro ball, he saw a problem nobody was solving: players wore flip-up sunglasses because they worked, but they all looked like something your grandpa wore fishing. So he fixed it. The Leadoff is the only flip-up sunglass built exclusively for baseball and softball players. No lifestyle brand. No casual Friday. Just the diamond.
