At Maris Optics, we're committed to making sure you're stoked with your new shades. We put a lot of care into crafting high-performance sports sunglasses, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy, we're here to help.
Our Promise:
We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Please go to our Warranty page to submit a claim.
Returns for Change of Mind:
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you've simply changed your mind about your purchase, you can return your unworn and unused sunglasses in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Important note: Sunglasses that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or are not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Send us an email at support@marisoptics.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our Response: We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Packaging: Please carefully package the sunglasses in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories and any paperwork that came with your order.
- Shipping: Shipping is covered by Maris
Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your returned sunglasses, our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you'd like a different pair of Maris Optics sunglasses, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
